Dakota's Contingency & Customer Commitment for COVID-19

Dear customers and partners,
I would like to reassure you all that Dakota Integrated Solutions is actively implementing its response to the fast evolving COVID-19 crisis. Our foremost concern is personal health and safety and taking steps to slow the virus spread is of the utmost importance.
As of today, I have instructed our external sales force to suspend all face to face meetings with customers and suppliers until we receive confirmation from the government that the virus outbreak remains under control.
A number of my Sales colleagues have been asked to conduct their work duties from home, wherever possible. I would like to reassure you that communication channels remain fully open, via phone, email, or other platforms such as Skype & Teams.
Our ability to access stock to fulfil your orders will inevitably be impacted by a fast changing supply chain environment. Our manufacturing partners have distribution centres in various European locations. With vendors sourcing their components in various locations in South East Asia, stock availability with be controlled by how local governments deal with the COVID-19 outbreak.
We will continue to provide guidance and advice to help our customers sustain their operations.
