Dakota Appoints New Head Of Systems, Mark Batchelour

We are delighted to welcome Mark Batchelour to the Dakota Team as our new Head of Systems.

A long-time voice industry specialist who joined the Dakota Team in June 2023, Mark previously held the position of Managing Director at Voice Beyond, the UK entity of Mountain Leverage - a global industry leader in voice solutions for logistics, warehousing and operations. 

With a profound understanding of the complexities of voice technology having worked at both Vocollect and Honeywell, Mark has a strong background in software development and a wealth of experience which spans numerous disciplines including defense systems, radar, robotics and wi-fi networks.

Experienced in running international technical support teams for multiple companies as well as designing, selling, implementing and supporting large business-critical systems within a diverse range of industries, Mark hopes to bring his wide-ranging skillset and knowledge to help support Dakota’s customers with their voice-enabled solution implementations, enabling Dakota to continue its trajectory as a leading supplier within the voice sector.
