- Place an order for any of our products, solutions and/or services

- Monitor your maintenance and renewal support contract(s)

How do we store your data?
Dakota stores your digital data remotely and securely in off-site locations using cloud-based solutions.
We also use Freshservice, a cloud-based IT help desk and self-service solution to process repairs and maintenance tickets.
For UK tax purposes, we are required to keep records of purchases and business transactions for seven (7) years. However, you can still request that the personal contact information we hold about you be deleted from our records.
Marketing
Dakota would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.
Dakota will only share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services, if you agree. For information about our partners, please refer to our website.
If you have previously agreed to receive marketing information, you have the right to stop Dakota from contacting you for marketing purposes at any time.
