Dakota Secures Contract To Supply Additional Hardware, Software & Services To East Suffolk & North Essex NHS Foundation Trust Amid Epic EPR Implementation

29th September 2025

Dakota Integrated Solutions Ltd, a real-time technology, printing, mobility, digital data capture and voice solution specialist, is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a twenty-four month contract to further support East Suffolk & North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT) as part of its ongoing Epic EPR implementation.

This latest contract award builds upon the agreement secured by Dakota last year, which has been worth over £1.4M to date. Under the terms of this new contract, Dakota will supply additional healthcare label printers and smart Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS), accompanied by advanced Management Software, over a two-year period. The initial phase of this deployment—valued at just over £200,000—covers the provision of both hardware and software, as well as comprehensive associated services and ongoing support.

Charlie Cowan, Head of Strategic Accounts at Dakota comments, “We are proud to be extending our longstanding partnership with the ESNEFT team, supporting the next phase of their Epic EPR and EPMA rollout with the delivery of additional hardware, software and services. Having worked closely with the Trust over the past few years, we developed a deep understanding of their requirements, which allowed us to recommend the most effective and future-ready solutions. This has been a significant, collaborative effort by the wider Dakota team, who consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. We are delighted to continue our journey with ESNEFT and are honoured to be their trusted partner as they advance their digital transformation initiatives.”
