Dakota’s First Customer Day Is A Roaring Success

Dakota Integrated Solutions Ltd, a real-time data capture, printing, mobility, support and voice-directed solution specialist, successfully undertook the first of its Customer Days at the home of British racing, Silverstone Racetrack, earlier this month.

Working in collaboration with valued technology partners Brother, Newland and Waizu, the event was designed to showcase a range of progressive and future-proof supply chain printing, mobility and software solutions to the delegates during the course of the day.

Taking on more of a ‘hands-on demonstration’ instead of a mainly ‘PowerPoint-focused’ approach, the event afforded the delegates the opportunity to touch, feel, see and explore the products and solutions up close, sparking a number of interesting discussions and conversations.

Brother presented its impressive line-up of industrial desktop and mobile printers, Newland exhibited its mobile computer, PDA and popular NWear wearable device portfolio, while Waizu demonstrated its cutting-edge Device Finder, Virtual Smart Cabinet and Mobile Device Management software solutions. 

For Dakota, it was a chance to highlight its collaborative approach to working closely alongside its hardware and software partners in order to create its range of best-of-breed solutions designed to eliminate inefficiencies, improve productivity and streamline mission-critical supply chain processes.

Following a working lunch, all delegates entered the Silverstone Pit Garages for an afternoon of fun, involving competitive F1 tyre changes and reaction tests, as well as tyre theory analysis.
