'Vendor Spotlight Of The Month' Interview With Adam Beardmore At Dalen Healthcare

Welcome to the third of our ‘Vendor Spotlight of the Month’ interviews!

In the past we have brought you both customer interviews and staff interviews, so we thought it would be interesting to see what our vendors have to say about us!

This month we spoke with Adam Beardmore, Director at Dalen Healthcare, to find out his thoughts on all things Dakota!


1. How long have you been in your current role at Dalen Healthcare?

I’ve been in my current role with Dalen Healthcare for a little over 4 years, and I’ve been at Dalen for 14 years.

2. What does your role within Dalen Healthcare involve?

It’s a real mix – I’m responsible for managing the sales, marketing and design of our healthcare products.  Thankfully I’m backed up by an amazing team who make it much easier than it sounds!

3. How long have you known the team at Dakota?

We’ve been working with Dakota right from the launch of our healthcare brand back in 2018.

4. What is Dakota like to interact with on a business basis?

I’ve always found Dakota to be a fantastic company to work with.  There is a real synergy between our two companies that makes doing business together very easy, and I think we see clear value in what each other can provide.

5. What attributes do you require in a Dalen Healthcare Partner?

It’s important to us that the companies we partner with really enhance the experience of our customers.  It’s certainly the case when partnering with Dakota that the whole is greater than the sum of our parts; and together we are able to provide truly tailored solutions which solve real world problems for our customers.

6. How do you think Dakota contributes to the Dalen Healthcare Partner Community?

Having Dakota as our partner means that we are always able to offer a complete solution, no matter how complex our customer’s needs may be.

7. What are Dakota’s specific USPs?

I think with Dakota’s diverse range of partners, they are in the fortunate position of being able to put forward best-in-class solutions, at the same time as having the depth of technical knowledge and expertise to support complex and demanding deployments.

8. And finally, what do you hope the future holds for Dalen Healthcare’s relationship with Dakota?

Dakota is really pushing the boundaries of what people think is possible with technology in the healthcare environment and we’re so excited to be supporting this journey.  I think the future is very bright!
