Dakota Collaboration With Optimize Enables Launch Of New & Improved ETrakLogic Solution
28th January 2025
Dakota Integrated Solutions Ltd, a real-time data capture, printing, mobility, support and voice-directed solution specialist, is delighted to announce the launch of its new and improved eTrakLogic® solution, thanks to a recent partnership agreement with Optimize; award-winning market leaders in commercial vehicle fleet route optimisation, decarbonisation and transformation.
This new collaboration and subsequent product development have not only brought about a fresh new logo and branding; they have also resulted in an impressive number of user-focused, game-changing features previously unavailable on the preliminary version of eTrakLogic.
Still fully scalable and with the ability to track any items in transit, providing proof of delivery along with job scheduling and management, the new version of the eTrakLogic cloud-based solution will continue to provide notifications, comprehensive dashboards and reports relating to workforces, jobs and assets.
The new partnership with Optimize has enabled a robust, radical enhancement of the solution, making it more feature and function-rich than ever before, specifically in terms of route planning and optimisation, presenting users with a number of tangible cost-saving and efficiency benefits.
The new, enhanced solution, developed in full collaboration with Optimize, will enable fleets to optimise, decarbonise and transform through the deployment of powerful algorithms based upon artificial intelligence (AI). This allows businesses to generate cost savings and efficiencies of up to 30%, increase productivity and reduce carbon emissions.
The collaboration also gives customers access to flexible commercial solutions suited to organisations of all sizes thanks to a low-commit, cost-effective entry point to full fleet optimisation alongside a unique pay-as-you-go service.
Easy and straightforward to deploy and use, the solution has machine learning capabilities which can realise a host of environmental advantages, thanks to the detection of the most economic routes, regardless of the number of vehicles contained within a fleet, resulting in less distances travelled, savings on fuel costs and decarbonisation of their activities. Additionally, the solution can offer data-driven solutions to enable fleets to plan their pathway to zero emission vehicles using the platform.
Colin Ferguson, CEO at Optimize comments, “Working with Dakota is a great opportunity to integrate our class-leading algorithms with the extensive eTrakLogic solution. We are excited to explore the future together and unlock even more benefits for our clients.”
Philip Jarrett, Commercial Director at Dakota comments, “The new eTrakLogic solution, developed alongside our valued partner Optimize, encapsulates everything we believe our customers would want from an ePOD solution, regardless of the nature of the assets that they are moving or the industry in which they operate, whether it be supply chain or healthcare.
The introduction of such a finely-tuned route optimisation feature will unleash unbelievable productivity, efficiency and cost-saving benefits to each and every user of the solution, as well as positively impacting the environment and assisting organisations in attaining their net zero targets. The pay-as-you-go nature of the solution and the low-commit, cost-effective entry gateway from a commercial standpoint means that the solution is suitable for any business or organisation, irrespective of fleet numbers or budget. We are very much look forward to introducing this new, feature-rich and forward-thinking solution to our existing and prospective customers alike.”
