'Vendor Spotlight Of The Month' Interview With James Lee At Cybernet

In the past we have brought you both customer interviews and staff interviews, so we thought it would be interesting to see what our vendors have to say about us!
This month we spoke with James Lee, Account Manager at Cybernet, to find out his thoughts on all things Dakota!
1. How long have you been in your current role at Cybernet?
I have been with Cybernet in my current role for just under a year.
2. What does your role within Cybernet involve?
My role involved managing our accounts within the whole of EMEA, which vary from NHS Trusts to resellers and partners all over the EMEA region.
3. How long have you known the team at Dakota?
I have known the team at Dakota since I started at Cybernet although Dakota has been a Cybernet Partner for over five years.
4. What is Dakota like to interact with on a business basis?
Dakota is a really great company to work with. I have met several members of the team in person during my time working at Cybernet and they are very professional and highly skilled in what they do on a day-to-day basis.
5. What attributes do you require in a Cybernet Partner?
All Cybernet Partners need to be of an extremely high standard in providing the best experience to our end user customers. Thanks to a great team, Dakota really meets the required criteria and always offers the end users a highly professional and knowledgeable service.
6. How do you think Dakota contributes to the Cybernet Partner Community?
Dakota is a great integrator between us as the manufacturer and the end user customer. The team discusses opportunities with end users and based off these discussion, makes suggestions with regard to the correct and the most beneficial Cybernet products to meet their specific needs and requirements.
7. What are Dakota’s specific USPs?
Dakota is a great company with links throughout the healthcare sector thanks to their long-standing history working with the NHS and private healthcare groups. The team has the ability and knowledge to always find and install the best solution required.
8. And finally, what do you hope the future holds for Cybernet’s relationship with Dakota?
Dakota is at the forefront of the medical healthcare sector, and I believe that the partnership between Dakota and ourselves is modernising the sector as we know it. I am very much looking forward to continuing to work with them as a partner in the future.
